Cooling of fresh air through conventional Treated Fresh Air Units (TFAU) or Fresh Air Handling Units (FAHU) is generally an energy intensive process. Our Two Stage Air Washer is designed to meet this requirement in a highly energy-efficient manner.

This system uses Indirect Evaporative Cooling (IEC) at the first stage for sensible cooling followed by a Cooling Coil (DX/CW) at the second stage. By incorporating IEC at the first stage of Treated Fresh Air systems (TFA), significant energy savings can be achieved while maintaining effective cooling performance.

In a two stage air washer, air is initially pre-cooled through indirect evaporative cooling without adding humidity. After this sensible cooling process, the air is further cooled through a direct evaporative cooling process using high efficiency evaporative cooling media (cell pad section).

This combination ensures efficient cooling performance with optimized energy consumption.
